Schedule: The conference will be held at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. The conference will start on Monday July 18 at 8:50 a.m. and finish on Friday July 22. Five one hour invited lectures, a number of half an hour talks and twenty minute contributed talks are planned. The talks will be allocated at the recommendations from the Conference Board.

Call for Papers: No proceedings of the conference are planned. However, papers based on lectures and refereed by usual procedure can be published as a special issue of Commentationes Mathematicae Universitatis Carolinae (reviewed by MR). The speakers of the conference are invited to submit their papers before October 31, 2005.

Conference Fee: The conference fee 120,- Euro will be due at registration. It includes services, meals, social party, and refreshment.

A cheaper accommodation in student dormitories (around 25,- Euro/night/person)

All participants registered before April 15 can be accommodated in the housing facilities listed above. The details will be communicated by e-mail.
